Nature of the service

Rate Sudan is an introduction platform that shows rates and connects customers with offices. We are not a party to any deal; we do not receive money, carry out transfers or guarantee their outcome.

User responsibility

You are responsible for your agreement with the office, for verifying its identity and for any amount you pay. We advise against paying upfront to a party you do not know and recommend keeping proof of the agreement and payment.

Accuracy of rates

Rates are for reference only, change during the day and may differ from an office's rate. We are not responsible for any financial decision based on the published rates.

Offices

The office alone is responsible for carrying out the service and complying with the laws of its country and the customer's. We may suspend any office or account for misuse, reports or low ratings.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site for fraud, impersonation, fake requests or misuse of the contact channels. Violating accounts are suspended.

Cryptocurrency

Cryptocurrency is high risk and may be restricted or banned in some countries; check the laws of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.
