How to send money to Sudan safely: practical steps
Last reviewed: 2026-10
Steps to help you choose an office, agree on the rate and protect yourself before and after paying.
1) Define exactly what you need
Write the amount, the currency, the country you send from and the receiving method the recipient wants, such as a bank account, e-wallet or cash pickup. The clearer your request, the fewer mistakes and the faster the agreement.
2) Compare before you decide
Ask more than one office for the final rate, the commission and the amount that will arrive in pounds. A small difference in rate becomes a big difference on large amounts.
3) Verify the office
Ask for the office name, number and a stable way to contact them, and look for feedback from people who dealt with them. Approved offices on our platform show their details to you only after they accept your request.
4) Agree in writing
Send a message summarising the deal: amount, rate, commission, arrival time and the recipient's name. Keep the whole conversation.
5) Keep proof
Ask for a receipt or a screenshot of the transfer and make sure the money reached the recipient before you close the matter.
6) Confirm the result
When it is over, tell us on your request page whether it was completed and rate the office. This protects others and lifts good offices.
This is the general parallel market rate for reference, not an office rate. The office sets the final transfer rate.
